  • ●Compress PDF: Reduce a PDF below a target size in MB by recompressing images, with a before/after preview.
  • ●Contrast / legibility: Improve faint or grey scanned pages with Light / Medium / Strong presets and a page-1 preview.
  • ●Export pages as images: Save each PDF page as a separate PNG or JPG at a configurable resolution.
  • ●PDF → DOCX: Convert whole PDFs to an editable DOCX (approximate layout, requires LibreOffice).
  • ●Insert PDF pages: Insert a PDF as page(s) into another at a chosen position — first page, last page, or page X — on a folder or a single file.

Connection status indicator · Codebase cleanup

  • ●Connection status: Discreet indicator in the status bar when the Telegram bot (Server Edition) cannot reach the network — XignAll keeps working locally without spamming the console with connection errors.

Serial workflow · Page-range signing · SEAL support

  • ●Multi-signer serial workflow: Define an ordered signer chain with email notifications. Each signer receives a notification, signs the batch, and passes it on. Absentee handling built in.
